DoctorP is a group of empathic health physicians with a cumulative experience spanning decades. After witnessing the challenges many South Africans faced in accessing timely and affordable healthcare, DoctorP was born. Our mission is to provide high-quality primary healthcare that’s both convenient and compassionate. Over 30 years in private practice, we observed growing queues in waiting rooms, with many patients facing the challenges of costly and time-consuming travels. Understanding the day-to-day financial pressures that most of the South African population faces, we decided to innovate. We combined our medical expertise with the widespread accessibility of WhatsApp to offer a solution that saves time, money, and unnecessary travel.
